2-day team workshop with up to 10 participants.

WELCOME

In the first element, participants will receive a warm welcome and an introduction to the trainers, including their resumes and achievements.


They will also receive an overview of the workshop's objectives, learning material and agenda. To inspire participants, a thrilling action trailer will be shown presenting the highlights of the workshop.


An icebreaker element entitled "Guess your counterpart's superpower" will give participants the opportunity to break the ice and get to know each other.



NOTHING IS AS CONSTANT AS CHANGE

In element 01, participants will be introduced to the megatrends and dynamics of the market, depending on their industry.


It examines societal dynamics and provides insights into technological breakthroughs and companies undergoing change.


It also looks at industry disruptions. It discusses how to foster real team spirit and how teams can inspire each other.


It also examines successful strategies from different regions such as China, the USA, etc. and builds a bridge to the respective customer.

Why people tick differently...

This module deepens the understanding of why people tick differently and how this influences our behavior in a team. For example, we look at how the brain works and the differences between conscious (7%) and unconscious decisions (93%).


Through clear explanations and practical examples, participants learn to understand themselves better and to approach others without barriers. This promotes a harmonious and productive working environment.


In addition, it explains how childhood experiences influence our behavior in adulthood. These insights help to recognize and overcome personal and interpersonal obstacles.


This module provides deeper insights into behavioral patterns and shows how to interact more effectively and understandingly to strengthen team spirit.

Personality Tests &
AI Power Animals

Participants deepen their understanding of their own personality through a personal color test to better understand both themselves and their colleagues, thereby creating a supportive environment for openness and reflection.


As part of the module, inspiring AI-generated Power Animals are created that symbolize the individual potential, strengths and weaknesses of each participant.


The topics include the identification of strengths, weaknesses, blind spots and personal communication style.


In focus: Recognizing team dynamics by setting up the entire team.





REAL-LIFE SCENARIOS

In this element we will conduct interactive role plays/exercises with increasing levels of difficulty. Participants will be guided to practically apply and reflect on their newly acquired behaviors.


The exercises build on the company's own values and relate to the individual strengths and weaknesses identified the day before. Participants have an immersive experience and recognize the importance of using new methods to overcome challenges. They slip into scenarios to explore behaviors, understand the needs of their colleagues and optimize their own behavior.


After each exercise, there are peer sharing sessions and reflection sessions where participants can share their experiences and internalize what worked well and what can be improved.


Appreciation: thank you for your participation

The issuance of participation and business certificates provides recognition, validation and documentation of participation and achievements.


These certificates serve as an incentive for professional development and provide networking opportunities.
