For almost 15 years, Rabl & Hahn has been a byword for transformation in companies and that is exactly what we live for. Our goal is to leave a lasting change in the world – even if many people have laughed at us for this.

How manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive industry can master the change caused by Industry 4.0.


The automotive industry is in the midst of a gigantic transformation. The smartphone on four wheels, a digital car manufactured in an agile, digitized production process is suddenly within reach.


One of the first chain disruptions associated with this is the lowering of the entry hurdle to the mobility market with the electric motor. This creates new competitors (BYD, NIO, XPENG) at a previously unknown frequency.


These new competitors are fast, flexible and very focused, often starting from scratch and using state-of-the-art technologies such as skateboard platforms and agile production methods.

Purpose – this term is of increasing importance in times of changing values. But what stands behind the term? A purpose describes the higher goals and the deeper meaning of a company: the "why?". It is the great common denominator and engine of an organi-zation. It answers the following questions: Why are we here? What are we needed for? What difference do we want to make in this world?

3D DIGITAL VENUE

In the age of digital change, the current digital landscapes of global companies often reach their limits. At the same time, all us have privately gotten used to the  abundance of topicality, availability and user-friendliness of today's applications - no wonder, because we spend about 8 hours of our free time online every day.


Within just a few weeks, we created an unprecedented, digital 3D venue to inform the employees of a department of the BMW Group as part of a virtual product show with digital exhibition stands, over 40 lectures and video contributions on the subject of digitization.

CORPORAT BEHAVIOUR: NEXT LEVEL L-RESSORT

In times of economic shocks and crisis, markets can vanish virtually overnight. The oil and gas crisis back in 2014, the financial crisis back in 2008, 2009, in 2020, the economic fallout due to COVID-19 and in 2022 the global repercussions from the war in the Ukraine. These economic shocks happen, and when they do, companies go through three phases – they start with “shock”, they cut, and for those that make it, they transform.


In addition to global challenges, the future of mobility is at our doorstep. Swift and rapid technology shifts the industry, which are more dynamic and happen at a much faster pace. These changes require companies to change and adapt quicker than they did in the past, in order to compete in the market.

Denzel Group – Leadership, Welcome to the future

The change in values and generations in the world of work requires a fundamental rethinking of corporate and employee management. Future generations of employees are increasingly looking for leadership that is focused on meaning and purpose contemporary leadership. The Denzel Group has recognized all these needs and wants to actively meet these challenges.

Rabl & Hahn was commissioned with the conception and implementation of a two-day workshop on the topic "Welcome Future" in January 2023.

Leadership, the success factor of the future

Why is there always someone who makes the difference in successful sports teams? Why do people follow others without questioning their claim to leadership? Because these people have internalized the topic of leadership and lead out of their "nature. Leadership is a calling, a fundamental attitude.

Studies show that there is a huge gap between how people see themselves and how others see them. 97% of German managers believe they lead well, but only 17% of German employees feel they lead well. So there is room for improvement. Together, we set the foundation and create role models for leadership.
